Debate on how to protect and serve cows instead making it a political tool: Akhilesh Yadav

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said there should be no politics on cow and debate should be done on how to protect and serve cows instead of politicizing the issue.

Previously Prime Minister Narendra Modi came down heavily on “gau rakshaks” (cow protectors) and said that he felt “very angry” cow vigilantism incidents and has asked state governments to prepare a dossier of people who are “running shops” in the name of cow protection.
