Dhoni hugs Kohli during meeting called by Kumble

Bengaluru (Karnataka): In a meeting called by newly appointed chief national coach Anil Kumble, senior player and ODI format captain Mahindra Singh Dhoni, Test team skipper Virat Kohli were seen shaking hands and hugging each other.

It seems like, former veteran leg-spinner and chief coach Kumble trying to solve issues between the players and want to sort out all differences among them.

Kumble is planning to build a road-map for the Indian Cricket team along with A team coach Rahul Dravid and limited over captain Mahindra Singh Dhoni.

It is believed that Kumble wants to discuss about integration of U-19 players into the national team and provide the supply line for the main team so that the bench strength gets strengthened.

Kumble’s discussion with Dravid will be focusing on as to what is in store in the U-19 and A team as far as talent is concerned.

Currently, the India A team bowlers are also training at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) alongside the senior India team.

Kumble was seen keeping a close eye on ‘A’ team spinners like Jayant Yadav and Shahbaz Nadeem. Both youngsters acknowledged to BCCI.TV that guidance from Kumble has proved to be invaluable.
