Gaya killing: No one would be spared if found guilty, says Nitish

Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today stated that no one is above the rule of law and said that no one would be spared if found guilty of killing a teenager in Gaya.

Reacting to the killing that took place in Gaya, he said: “Anyone found guilty will not be spared; the law will take its course and a manhunt is on for the accused.”

Bihar Chief Minister further went on to notify that action has been taken against people who were found guilty in the earlier crime incidents in the state. “This is the real rule of law… when action taken against criminals,” he added.

Earlier, Rocky Yadav, the son of legislative council member Manorma Devi of the ruling Janata Dal (United) had allegedly shot dead Aditya Sachdeva yesterday night for overtaking his car on the Bodh Gaya-Gaya road.
