Hafiz Saeed claims protests in Kashmir Valley were roused by LeT militant

Islamabad: Pakistan based terror outfit, Jamaat-ud-Dawah chief Hadiz Saeed stated that Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) was responsible for the protests that took place in the Kashmir Valley, soon after the encounter of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani by the security personnel.

As per reports, Hafiz Saeed made claims that procession in the Kashmir Valley which came after the killing of Burhan, were led by an LeT militant.

Saeed said, “Have you seen the pictures of procession when lakhs of Kashmiris came to the streets? Did you see a man who was being carried on shoulders by the crowd? Do you know the man who was leading the procession? He is an ‘ameer’ of Laskar-e-Toiba (LeT).”

He added, “Several people from Faisalabad went to Kashmir, many of them even sacrificed their lives.”

This claims from the JuD chief come at the time when Pakistan is trying to gain solidarity with the people over the growing unrest here. These revelations made by Saeed, brings to light the real faces of Pakistan’s foreign ministry.
