Mumbai: Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor who will next be seen in her forthcoming movie ‘Haseena: The Queen of Mumbai’, said that she hopes people see her conscious efforts of playing a different role in the movie.
While interacting with the media in an interview, the actress went on to say: “I think it’s one of most different roles of my career so far for sure because I think I have played more positive characters, and this is first character which is more grey shaded. I hope people can see (my) conscious effort of playing something different.”
‘Haseena: The Queen of Mumbai’ is a biopic, where Shraddha is essaying the role of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar. The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and Shraddha’s brother Siddhanth Kapoor will play the notorious gangster Dawood Ibrahim in the biopic.
