New Delhi: Delhiites witnessed a sunny Monday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 32.2 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season’s average, as confirmed by the MET Office.
An official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said, “The sky will remain mainly clear throughout the day. Dust and thunder storm are likely in the evening.”
At 8:30 am humidity was 60 per cent.
Maximum temperature in the capital is likely to hover around 42 degrees Celsius.
On Sunday, maximum temperature was recorded at 42.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average while minimum temperature settled at 30.6 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season’s average.
