India all set for a series win against Australia (3rd ODI Preview)

After displaying brilliant all round performance in the first two one day matches of the series, Indian team is all set to clinch the one day series by winning the third one day match of the five match series.

Confident India would look to heap on the despair for a belligerent Australia and clinch the five-match series when they clash in the third ODI, in Indore. Although, it was not an easy task to defend a total of 252 on the Eden Garden wicket for Virat Kohli and team.

Indian team is riding hig on confidence as their bowling combination is performing superbly for them. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah have created possible opportunities for the team and took wickets at the top of the order and made the Australian top-order look ordinary while the wrist spin duo of Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal has made the Aussies fight hard for runs.

Australia’s dilemma could simply be measured from the fact that eight of their batsmen could not touch double-digit scores in Chennai, at the same time as only four of them could score more than 10 runs in Kolkata.

India have certainly taken a massive stride for yet another series win, however the team has allowed the Australian to create a few openings that could have proved harmful if there were not some rescue acts.

If the top order struggled in the series-opener for Australians, their middle order felt the heat in Kolkata where the bowlers won the match for India.

Keeping in mind the brilliant play by the young spinners and the speedsters, batsmen will also have to rise on to the occasion and Rohit Sharma, Kedar Jadhav and Manish Pandey have to perform better to make their presence in the team.
