India will not participate in Saarc summit in Islamabad

New Delhi: India today took a firm stand for not taking part in the upcoming Saarc Summit in Islamabad and said they will “unable to participate” in the summit. This decision can be seen as a move to isolate Pakistan and an action against the recent Uri terror attack.

India talking in a statement that increasing cross-border terrorist attacks in the region “by one country” have created an environment that is not conducive to the successful holding of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation summit.
