Indian football team to play friendly in Bhutan

New Delhi: The Indian football team today reached in Thimphu to play friendly practice match against Bhutan on August 13.

Coach Constantine said the squad needs to get used to the conditions quickly as the temperatures are colder and altitude high in Bhutan.

Constantine stated: “I don’t think the weather in Bhutan will be a concern. Obviously the temperatures will be quite different from what we have at present in India.”

He further stated: “It’s going to be a lot colder here. But that’s something which we will have to adjust to. Dealing with different climatic conditions is part of International Football and at the end of the day it all boils down to how you play.”
