IndvsEng: India defeat England in fourth Test, clinch series

Mumbai: Indian team thumped England by an innings and 36 runs in the fourth Test clinch the series and also now lead five-match series 3-0.



England were bowled out for 195 in the morning session of the fifth day, after England team resumed the day at 182/6 in their second innings.

Jonny Bairstow (51) was the first to get out in the morning, followed by Ben Stokes (18), Adil Rashid (2), James Anderson (2).

Among the Indian bowlers who gave India a tremendous win it was, off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin who took apart England, picking up 6/55 in the second innings to take 12 wickets in the match.
