The CBI on September 26 issued fresh summons — third in the month — to the RJD chief and his son Tejashwi Yadav in the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation case.

The probe agency had asked both to visit its headquarters on October 5 and 6, respectively, to join investigation in the case. The CBI’s latest move comes after Lalu Prasad and Tejashwi skipped two earlier summons.
