Japan criticizes missile launch by N Korea

Japan: Criticizing the missile launch by North Korea, Japanese spokesperson Yoshihide Suga today stated that the firing of missile by North Korea is in clear disobedience of the United Nation Security Council resolutions and strongly opposed against the act.

According to the information given the South Korean military, North Korea today launched a ballistic missile which flew for round about 60 km before falling into the Sea of Japan.

As per the reports given by the media, Chief Cabinet Secretary Suga said the missile was launched at 6.42 a.m. from North Korea’s east coast. He said it did not fall within Japan’s exclusive economic zone.

Suga also said that planes and ships in the area have not reported any damage as a result of the missile falling into the sea.
