Japan hit by 5.0 magnitude quake

Tokyo: As per the information given by the officials, an earthquake of 5.0 magnitude has hit Japan.

Japan’s Ibaraki prefecture was today jolted with earthquake and according to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), the temblor was centred in Ibaraki.

Ibaraki is the area that borders the Pacific Ocean and is to the northeast of Tokyo..

Till the latest update came, there was no damage reported despite the fact jolt impacted the central Tokyo as well.
