KKR set 172 runs target for SRH

Kolkata Knight Riders have got a fine total of 171 runs in the 20 overs against the Sunrisers Hyderabad  in the Indian Premier League match played here at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

Following an average start, KKR got the momentum in the middle overs when Manish Pandey and Yusuf Pathan got to a fine partnership and smashed quick runs. But, after Pandey got out it was a touch task for the KKR lower middle order batsmen to score runs.

Last five overs could yield them just 30 runs taking them to a total of 171 which was earlier expected to touch 190 or more.

Earlier, Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and elected to bowl against Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League match played here at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
