LDA norms changed for Mulayam’s wife, Shivpal, and Prateek

Lucknow: Lucknow development authority has changed the norms and regulations in order to give facilities to the renowned and powerful people of Lucknow including Mulayam’s wife and son Prateek Yadav and minister Shivpal Yadav along with the wife of LDA VC Satendra Kumar.

In a meeting of the LDA officials, decision was taken that selected residential properties would be given permission to be used a commercial property and this has been done in order to give mileage to the UP ministers and other powerful people including some of the officials so that their residential land can be utilized for the commercial purposes as well.

This includes the Jim of Prateek Yadav in Gomti Nagar area, Ex MP Lalji Tandon’s house, Cabinet Minister Shivpal Singh Yadav, and along with these names the advantage has been given to LDA VC himself as he would be able to open a bank in his house.

VC of LDA, Satendra Kumar has been getting the illegal benefit of two telecom towers been placed in his house located in Gomtinagar area.

Members of the decision taking committee say that they were not clarified about the key motive and were misguided. They accused that they were only told the house numbers and were unaware of the fact that the scheme will benefit these powerful individuals.
