Would love to do a film out of my comfort zone: Sonali Bendre

Mumbai: In a media interview, Sonali Bendre (film actress and a model) shared her views on why she is not interested in doing films that don’t excite her.

She said that now days there are films with different topics and less budget and still are accepted by the audience.

“I think the business had changed, and that’s a good thing. Today is the time where the independent films can be made and they have some sort of viewership…. Earlier, you didn’t have space to show them. To be able to release such small and independent films is great. Internet had brought revolution,” said IGT ex-judge Sonali.

However, when she was asked about films she said, “I have done whatever I wanted to, and unless something really different comes along the way, I am not doing it. Otherwise apart from film, I talk about various topics. So, unless I am offered something which is out of my comfort zone, I am really not interested in doing it.”

Sonali started her career as a model and she got the opportunity to get featured in films like “Diljale”, “Sarfarosh”, “Hum Saath- Saath Hain” and “Kal Ho Na Ho.”

This beautiful 44 year old further told media, “The role should excite me to step out of my home, only then I will do it.”

Sonali, as an actress has been seen in many commercials advertisements. Actress was however last seen in “Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobara” a 2013 released flick and after this the model turned actress then ventured into TV with the “Ajeeb Daastaan Hai YE.”
