Lucknow: Ever since Yogi Adityanath took oath of office as the 21st Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, has not only maintained the dignity of the office with his blazing work speed but has also managed to inspire a well-maintained hotel in Lucknow to serve vegetarian menu.

The SSJ International Hotel which is very much fascinated by Yogi and his simple living life, has brought in a different menu, much of it in saffron and orange which are the colors worn by the Chief Minister.

While talking to the media, the founder of the hotel Surendra Kumar Jaiswal disclosed the names of few dishes and went on to say: “Some of the signature dishes on the new menu include paneer tikka, tandoori aloo, tandoori Momos, pineapple tarts, tomato sour, tandoori achari cchaap and tandoori stuffed malai chaap, among others.”

Now this is really commendable and worth visiting, as the new menu show the combination of different flavors yet bear the simplicity just like Yogi Adityanath, further talking with the media and expressing confidence on the dishes being served, Surendra added: “a unique culinary experience for our guests and these will be well received by the food connoisseurs coming to dine here”.
