Malaysia: According to the information given by the officials as many as fourteen people lost their lives and sixteen people injured in a bus accident carrying passengers from Singapore and Myanmar today in the morning.
The deputy director of the fire and rescue department Mohammad Yusof Mohammad Gunnos went on to explain the incident and said, “The bus, heading from Southern Johar state to the capital Kuala Lumpur, went off the road in the wet before rolling down into a deep ditch.”
He further added that, the accident happened early in the morning today and the details of those killed were not immediately identified and that the injured were being treated in a public hospital located in Muar district.

The tragedy took place a day before Christmas and is considered to be the most dreadful accident in Johor state so far.
Deadly road accidents are common in Malaysia despite efforts to crack down on poor driving, especially during festive seasons when people return to their home towns.
