Man throat slits over cattle argument dispute

Muzaffarnagar: A man identified as Man Singh faced serious injuries after his throat was slit by another man of the same village over heated argument between them over cattle in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district today.

According to Station Head Officer (SHO) of Thana Bhawan Police Station, Niraj Kumar, said a 45-year-old man throat was slit allegedly by Gulam Mohammad following a heated argument between them over cattle yesterday.

Police said, he was taken to a hospital in Jalalabad town where his condition is stated to be serious.

The investigation officer said that efforts are on to nab the accused.
