Manish Sisodia in trouble as CBI comes for questioning

CBI officials are questioning Manish Sisodia in a corruption case.

In the beginning of the year, CBI had started a preliminary probe against Sisodia in a case involving alleged irregularities in ‘Talk To AK’ campaign.

“Talk to AK”, the interactive session of Arvind Kejriwal, was held on July 17 2016. The programme, in which Delhi Chief Minister discussed plenty of issues, was live streamed on the website

AAP has termed the programme success while the BJP and the Congress labelled it as a marketing gimmick at the cost of the exchequer.

The CBI begun the probe after a complaint was filed by the Vigilance Department.

After the CBI inquiry announcement, Kejriwal has said in media that Narendra Modi government was “gunning” for the AAP government. Up till now, 19 legislators of the party have been arrested in various cases.
