Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today talking at the workshop organised by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Ficci) said that the Income Declaration Scheme 2016 will not be made more attractive as it is not a season sale.

He stated: “There are many in the business community who are asking to make it more attractive. But this is not a seasonal sale.”

He further went on to say that the violator cannot be given more enhanced facilities than the honest assessee who regularly pays his taxes.
