Los Angeles: American playwright, former child actor turned actress Mara Elizabeth Wilson has finally spoken about her sexuality and says that she is bisexual.
The 28-years old actress, who starred in 1990 movie ‘Matilda’, has come out as a bisexual.
Following, the attack on Orlando gay night club mass shooting, which claimed at-least life of 49 people; the actress made revelation in this regards by posting on twitter a series of tweets in support of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGTB) community.
The actress has given proof about her being a bisexual by showing an old snap of her when she was 18-years-old in the gay nightclub.
“Me at a gay club when I was eighteen. I feel embarrassed looking at it now… Being a ‘straight girl’ where I clearly didn’t belong, but I will say, I felt so welcomed there,” Wilson captioned the image.
She said that she was not only accepted but was also welcomed by the LGBT members, So she feel like home at the club.
“I have never had a better experience at a club than I did then. Great music and people. And one of my friends met his partner that night,” she shared.
The actress opened about her sexuality when a follower tweeted her asking about her sexuality weather she is ‘bisexual or non-binary’, she replied and gave her answered in very diplomat manner “Let me put it this way; I am a 2”.
“Your support is much appreciated. I will say, though, I am still going to be pretty private about my relationships, as I always have been,” she added.
