New Delhi: American multinational company Microsoft has on Monday in New Delhi on Monday has announced that they have launched online web portal of the Tata group.
Software giant has started the e-commerce portal with the name of Tata CLiQ to sell long range of Microsoft product like tablets, personal computers, software and mobile phones.
“We are expanding our online presence through our official Microsoft Store so that our consumers find it easier to experience and buy our products,” said Priyadarshi Mohapatra, country general manager (consumer channel group) at Microsoft India.
This online store of Microsoft sell products using Tata CLiQ’s “Physical’ model, Basically, it is a mixture of two or more different things or substances ‘Physical’ and ‘Digital’ world which will maintain balance between ‘Brand’ and ‘Customer’.
This online store will allow the consumers to purchase Microsoft products using innovations like “click online and PIQ up at store, return to store and ship from store”.
“Tata CLiQ is pioneering the Phygital revolution in India, and enhancing the customer experience through a combination of in-store shopping benefits and conveniences of online shopping,” added Ashutosh Pandey, CEO, Tata CLiQ.
