Taking wickets at regular intervals is a bonus for any team when it comes to pressure situations in the one day internationals. And Australia’s speedster Mitchell Starc has topped the list of bowlers to reach to fastest 100 wickets in ODI matches.
Behind him are mostly the names who have retired from the international cricket. Saqlain Mushtaq from Pakistan is on the second spot as he took 53 games to reach 100 wickets.
At the third spot is the Kiwi pacer Shane Bond who clinched 100 wickets in 54 one-day games. While former Australian pacer Brett Lee is on the fourth spot.
Imran Tahir the leggie from South Africa is at the fifth spot as he reached to 100 wickets in 58 games and is the only player apart from Mitchell Starc to have secured place in the top five quick wicket takers while currently playing the international cricket as well.
