Modi govt has failed to control prices of essential commodities: Cong

New Delhi: The Congress today took on the Modi government for being unsuccessful in keeping a check on rising prices essential commodities.

Congress MP M.V. Rajeev Gowda talking to media stated: “The government has failed to control prices of essential commodities. Outgoing RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan could not propose any cut in repo rate. This shows his lack of faith in the government measures to deal with inflation.”
