Modi govt unsuccessful on many parameters: Manish Tewari

Ahmedabad: The Congress today targeted at the Narendra Modi-led government for failing on parameters of internal security, economy, foreign policy, communal harmony and upholding the principles of federalism.

However, Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel hitting back at the Congress said that the opposition leaders are a bunch of “copycats and blockheads”.

Talking to media Congress leader Manish Tewari stated that the Modi government had been unsuccessful on parameters of internal security, economy and various others.

“We want to ask the prime minister as to how he has been able to better the life of the common man in the last two years? This is the basic question the prime minister needs to answer. You promised ‘achhe din’ and ‘Sabka saath sabka vikas’,” Tewari said.

He further went on to say: “If he had an iota of shame, he would have resigned the day courts made observations against the way the central government had tried to upstage the Uttarakhand government”.
