Mouni Roy excited, nervous about her new show

Mumbai: Indian television actress Mouni Roy who will be seen in her next show “Naagin 2” is feeling quite excited as well as nervous too about her new show.

Mouni was born in West Bengal’s Cooch Behar district. The actress is known for her roles as Krishnatulsi in “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi”, and Sati in “Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev” and for playing Shivanya in “Naagin”.

In the first segment of TV serial “Naagin”, which features Arjun Bijlani, Mouni Roy, Adaa Khan and Sudha Chandran in lead role was a drama television serial.

Moni said in a statement, “I am very excited and nervous about it. I might or might not do anything in between (referring to other TV shows).”

The earlier version of this television serial drama “Naagin” was premiered in November 2015 and ended in June this year.

“Naagin” was one of the highest rated shows on Indian television. Produced by Ekta Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Telefilms, the show was aired on Colors channel.

Mouni has been the host of dance reality show “So You Think You Can Dance” that is aired on &TV channel.

The “Naagin” actress has expressed her desire to host the second season of “So You Think You Can Dance”.

“Naagin 2” is going to release on small screen in September 2016.
