NEW DELHI: Sushma Swaraj believes India has the ability to set the the global agenda rather than being a mute spectator.
Appreciating Narendra Modi on successful bilateral relation with countries around the globe, External Affairs Minister said PM has the guts to challenge even US President Donald Trump.

With regard to Doklam issue, Sushma Swaraj is of the opinion that the border tension with China can only be resolved through bilateral talks.
Patience is the buzzword for the whole incident, according to Swaraj.
Sushma also criticized Rahul Gandhi for meeting Chinese Ambassador Luo Zhaohui last month, despite the Doklam border stand off.
On foreign policy of the Narendra Modi government, Sushma said Jawaharlal Nehru, earned respect at an individual level while PM has brought glory for the country.
She cited example such as water crisis in Maldives, earthquake in Nepal and floods in Sri Lanka.
