NGT calls for deregistration of diesel vehicles more than 15 years old in Delhi

New Delhi:  Today, the National Green Tribunal revised its rule over the ban on diesel vehicles that are more than 10-year-old.

In its new decision, NGT has directed that the diesel vehicles which are older than 15 years will be deregistered.

NGT in its statement said, “All diesel vehicles which are more than 15-years-old and are BS-I, BS-II to be scrapped and no NOC will be issued.”

This decision will bring relief to all those who have vehicles which are 10-years-old or more.
