New Delhi: Swara Bhaskar-starrer “Nil Battey Sannata” has got a fine response at the Box office. Movie tells a story of a single-mother working as a domestic help to ensure that her daughter receives good education.
The film, which released on April 22, has received wide acclaim from critics and audiences alike. Despite the fact that it was shown in less than 300 screens across the country, the film is being termed as a hit and the response is picking up in rural pockets.
Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, the film has steadily improved on its daily box office collection and the first week collection, according to trade sources, has been around Rs.3 crore, read a statement.
