Nutritionist Pooja Makhija writes book on ‘Eat Delete Junior’

New Delhi: For a big boost to parents celebrity nutritionist Pooja Makhija to help them emerge victorious over the ultimate child-rearing battleground-the dinner table and had written a book on the subject.

The book has been given the name of “Eat Delete Junior” which will be published by HarperCollins India in May next year.




The book mitigates the excitement and misunderstanding surrounding child nutrition.

It will teach parents how to inculcate correct eating habits in their children so minor ailments are nipped in the bud, thus reducing dependence on doctors and nutritionists, the publisher says.
