New Delhi: Leader of Opposition in the Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta was today marshalled out from the House for creating “hindrance” during Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s address on currency demonetisation.

He was given repeated warnings by the Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel, but the BJP leader continued to intervene Kejriwal when he was speaking on the resolution to urge upon President Pranab Mukherjee to direct the union government to immediately withdraw the “draconian demonetisation” move.

The Assembly Speaker initially asked leader of opposition party to either be silent or leave the House, but when the latter refused to budge, house marshals were called in to escort him out.
