People of Pakistan eagerly waiting for Kashmir to be part of their nation

Muzaffarabad: Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today said that Pakistanis are eagerly waiting for the day when people of Jammu and Kashmir to become a part of their nation.

Sharif in his first public address after returning from London where he underwent open heart surgery in May, urged Kashmiris in Pakistan to pray for Indian Kashmiris who are scarifying their lives to get freedom.

According to local news paper quoted him saying, “Their movement for freedom cannot be stopped and it will be successful. You are aware of how they are being beaten and killed. All our prayers are with them and we are waiting for the day Kashmir becomes Pakistan.”

Sharif was quoted saying, after his Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz won in elections to the “Azad Jammu and Kashmir” assembly yesterday.

Sharif party PML-N is going to form government in Pakistani Kashmir, whose official name is “Azad Jammu and Kashmir”.
