People should talk of tobacco free India rather than Cong free India, says Shatrughan Sinha

Patna: BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha today stated that people should talk about “tobacco-free” rather than Congress-free India so as to help out lakhs of people.

Shatrughan Sinha indirectly targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi without naming him and stated: “Bharat ko kuchh log Congress-mukt banana chahte hain, lekin agar we tambaku mukt Bharat ki baat kahe, toh lakhon longon ko phayda hoga (Some people have been talking of a Congress-free India but if they should talk about tobacco-free India, it would benefit millions).”

Shatrughan Sinha further went on to say that the decision of demonetisation was a great move but at the same time there was no home work done ahead of its implementation.

Prime Minister and Amit Shah have continually claimed to have planned discussions for a long time over demonetisation, although it in return gave inconvenience to common people across the nation, he added further.
