Rahul Gandhi on three-day visit to parliamentary constituency Amethi

Lucknow: From August 30, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi would be on a three-day visit to his parliamentary constituency Amethi.

District Congress chief Yogendra Mishra confirmed the same as he said that the Gandhi scion will reach Amethi later in the evening today. Tomorrow, he would meet the people at the Munshiganj guest house and following this he would hold a public address in Jafarganj in Jagdishpur Assembly constituency.

During his three-day visit, he would also visit few villages.

Also, before heading back to the national capital on September 2, he would attend of meet of the district vigilance and monitoring committee.

This visit comes ahead of Rahul’s much talked about mahayatra from Deoria in eastern Uttar Pradesh to Delhi which kickstart from September 6. The mahayatra would cover 39 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
