New Delhi: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary Ram Madhav criticized Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif by saying that he “talked like the Supreme Commander of the Hizbul Mujahideen,” during his speech at United Nations General Assembly.
Madhav comments came after Sharif in his speech at UNGC, praised militant Burhan Wani by saying him “a young leader”.
The BJP leader demanded to declare Pakistan as a ‘terror state’.
Madhav condemned remark made by Pakistan’s PM and cited that Nawaz “talked like the Supreme Commander of the Hizbul Mujahideen.”
BJP’s general secretary also claimed that PM Sharif was openly glorifying Wani’s name and this half-bred speech of a country’s PM at an international stage shows their hollow policies towards terrorism.
The comment of Nawaz was shocking as he promoted and praised terrorist, Burhan Wani. Whole India is showing a wave of anger against PM Sharif comment.
Claiming that Pakistan nurture terrorism, Madhav also said, “Nawaz Sharif with his speech yesterday established everything that India has been saying about him and the government in Pakistan.”
Earlier, India had blamed Pakistan for fuelling and promoting protest which aroused after killing of militant Burhan Wani by security forces on July 8 in Jammi and Kashmir.
