New Delhi: On Thursday, Noida-based Ringing Bells is all set to launch one of the cheapest HD LED televisions, thus give tough competition to its competitors in the market. However, the pricing of the HD television has not been disclosed yet.
Talking on the same, the company said that it will be another price revolution in the Indian consumer electronics.
Reports are that the TV will carry a price tag less than Rs 10,000. Also, the company which was in news to launch the cheapest smartphone Freedom 251 will start delivering the handsets from July 8. Confirming the same, founder and CEO of Ringing Bells, Mohit Goel said that they are all ready to deliver nearly 2 lakh Freedom 251 handsets.
The company kick started selling Freedom 251 on their official website beginning February. However, launch of smart phone led to controversy due to its low price. Despite that around 30,000 customers booked the smartphone and more than 7 crore people registered for it. However, the company returned the payment made by buyers following inspection by the government.
Also, the company said that they would deliver the smartphones on COD basis to those who place orders.
