Rotary Club of Lucknow Khaas organize youth festival

Lucknow: The ‘Youth Festival’ was organized in the auditorium of ‘Police Modern School’ on behalf of the Rotary Club of Lucknow Khaas (RID-3120). The program started with lamp lighting. On this occasion, senior members of the club, President Deepak Ralhan, Secretary Ramesh Chand Chadha and Rotary Club District Governor Ranjit Singh were present as the chief guest. In the youth festival, students of many schools in the city participated in every competition. Various competitions were organized at the Youth Festival, such as debating competitions in Hindi and English. Singing, dancing and painting competitions.

The topic under the debate competition was in Hindi “vartmaan bhartiya Samaaj mein balikaon ki sthiti” “The status of girls in current Indian society” and English was the subject “Effect of Social Networking sites on adolescences”.

On this occasion, the Chief Guest Mr. Ranjit Singh said that such programs play an important role in the development of the younger generation. He said that such events promote the ability to move forward in children.

Pramil Dwivedi said that Youth Festival is a better platform for talent demonstration for young students and Youth Festival is bright in youth, talent, If we talk about National Youth Policy, its purpose should be “Education of social values, and community service should be encouraged to increase the spirit of nationalism in the country”

The names of the winners who participated in various competitions of the Rotary Youth Festival are as follows:

In the winner of the Hindi Debate Competition “Present status of girls in current Indian society”, Gausia Bano First, a student of the Police Modern School and Kishish Singh, a student of Universal Public School, came second, And the speakers who spoke in the opposition were the students of Modern School, Unnati , and second place, Baba Thakurdas Inter College student Nilesh Sonkar.

English Debate Competition Effect of Social Networking sites on adolescences In the favor of “Effect of Social Networking Sites on Adlationses”, Ankit Singh got first and Akarshita Pandey second. And in the Opposition, Ms. Swati Kumar was in the first place while Ishika Dwivedi got second place.

In the singing competition, Mansi was declared the first winner of Thakurdas Inter College and second place was received by Preeti Yadav, the student of the Police Modern School.

In the dance competition, Rohit was the first winner in Bollywood dance and Unnati Giri to second place. While Ms Unnati in classical dance, the first winner and second place, the students of Sindhi Inter College, Aarti and Kashish are victorious.

In the jury, Shri Pramil Dwivedi, GK Chandani, Syed Shamsur Rahman, Dr. Manjushree Mehta and Mrs Deepa Ralhan were also included.

By winning Hindi Diabet, English Debate and Dancing competitions Shield, Police Modern School was the first winner and Baba Thakurdas Inter College was second winner with a Shield of Singing Patiyogita.
