The set of Padmavati to shine with 400 ‘diyas’

Mumbai: Bollywood filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is all set to make comeback with his film which is produced on the real story about Rani Padmavati and Raja Ratan Singh.

The first song of the movie ‘Ghoomar’ is shot in the Chittorgarh fort.

The set has been redone as the actual portrayal of the fort and Rajasthani paintings shining with about 400 diyas as wall design.

Round about 400 lamps have been used to lighten up the beauty of the act and the things will seem more beautiful when the Chari dancers will also take part in the song being shot there.

Now we know why did Deepika Padukone say that ‘Padmavati’ will be one of the most difficult and challenging tasks for her. As the dance form took an entire month for her to learn it.

According to the sources, “Ghoomar’ will be the first song and everything from the visuals, to the sound, to the sets will be designed as a complete royal experience.”
