Sonia Gandhi in stable condition, discharged from hospital

New Delhi: President of the Indian National Congress party Sonia Gandhi was admitted to a private hospital in New Delhi as she was suffering from viral fever on November 28 which brought tension among’st everyone.

But, today she was discharged as her condition was stable, two days after she was admitted to the hospital following viral fever.

Dr Arun Kumar Basu, senior consultant, Department of Chest and Pulmonology Medicine at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital stated: “Gandhi has recovered from fever and has been discharged in stable condition.”

The 69-year-old President of Congress Party Sonia Gandhi was discharged around 11.30 AM who was admitted on November 28th around 8 PM.

Earlier, Gandhi had been hospitalised for 12 days in August after she had fallen ill during a roadshow in Varanasi. She was operated upon for a shoulder injury also.
