Sunny Leone to star in her own biopic with husband Daniel Weber

Mumbai: The actress who turned Bollywood celebrity from adult movie star Sunny Leone was recently back in news by singing national anthem incorrectly at Pro Kabaddi event is going to see in her biopic movie which will tell her love as well as career story.

Leone, whose actually name is Karenjit Kaur Vohra, will now be seen a biopic on her life and Sunny will be playing herself in the film.

Bollywood filmmaker Abhishek Sharma who had previously directed movie “Tere Bin Laden” in which Ali Zafar played a lead role, is going to make biopic movie on Sunny Leone.

Sunny’s husband Daniel Weber has also been roped into the project.

On other hand, this is not the first time the Leone’s life has been documented on film.

Canadian photojournalist Dilip Mehta’s documentary titled Mostly Sunny Partly Cloudy previously chronicled Sunny’s journey into the world of films. It premiered at the Sundance Film Festival 2016.

Details about the project are being kept under wraps, but fans have been promised more information once the film is finalised.
