Sushma Swaraj gives tough reply to Nawaz Sharif over his wish of inclusion of Kashmir in Pakistan

New Delhi: India’s External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today reacted and gave very tough reply to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif against his wish to Kashmiris in PoK that his country people want inclusion of Kashmir in his country.

Sushma Swaraj said in a statement to the media, “Pakistan’s Prime Minister (Nawaz Sharif) says that his good wishes are with the people of Kashmir.”

She further added that, “Sadly, it’s not Pakistan’s good wishes or moral or diplomatic support but its weapons and terrorism that it has exported to Jammu and Kashmir.”

Sushma Swaraj was flanked by Ministers of State for External Affairs V.K. Singh and M.J. Akbar as she read out the statement.

The Minister in her strongly worded statement comes after Sharif’s statement on Friday at Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-administered Kashmir that Pakistanis were waiting for the day when Jammu and Kashmir would become a part of Pakistan.

Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif yesterday said that Pakistanis are eagerly waiting for the day when people of Jammu and Kashmir to become a part of their nation.

Sharif in his first public address after returning from London where he underwent open heart surgery in May, urged Kashmiris in Pakistan to pray for Indian Kashmiris who are scarifying their lives to get freedom.
