New Delhi: Ex BSP leader Swami Prasad Maurya stirred controversy with his insensitive comment on Congress’ Sheila Dikshit who is the party’s CM face in the upcoming UP 2017 polls. Maurya reportedly called Dikshit ‘rejected maal’.
As per reports of a leading daily, in an answer to a question on Congress’ poll prospects in UP, called Sheila a ‘rejected maal’.
This is not the first time when senior leaders of the various parties have passed such comments against the women.
Recently UP BJP VP Dayashankar Singh was expelled from the party for six years for calling BSP Supremo Mayawati a prostitute.
Maurya recently quit the party saying that he felt suffocated inside it and revealed that Mayawati was selling party tickets.
