Tamannaah Bhatia all set for debut in Malayalam film

Mumbai: Indian actress Tamannaah Bhatia, who has appeared in Tamil and Telgu movies apart from Bollywood films, is all set to make her debut in Malayalam film with her upcoming project “Kammarasambhavam”.

Movie “Kammarasambhavam” is directed by Rateesh Ambat is a multi-starrer film with Dileep and Siddharth in lead role.

According to our sources from the film unit, “Tamannaah has been verbally confirmed and she’s expected to sign on the dotted line very soon. The project will mark her Malayalam debut and the makers are planning to get her to dub her own lines in the language.”

Tamannaah and Rateesh have previously worked together in television commercial.

The source said, “They’ve been in touch since they worked together. When Rateesh shared a few lines of his story, Tamannaah immediately expressed her interest because she’s been planning to work in the Malayalam industry for a long time.”

The film, loosely based on the life of a popular communist character from Kerala, went on the floors on Thursday.

The project also marks Siddharth’s Malayalam debut.
