Tired of playing peacemaker in SP: Azam Khan

Senior minister of the Samajwadi Party, Azam Khan, today stated that he is tired of playing the role of peacemaker in the spat between Mulayam Singh Yadav and son Akhilesh Yadav. He further stated that he tried a lot to make peace and is not much interested in this anymore.

Talking on the role of the leaders and their position int he Samajwadi Party he stated: ‘Siyasat me kad nhi hote, kaun kab kitna kaam aata his kad use tay hota hai.’

On asked if he can be the contender for the post of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh he stated: “these things make you happy and I can say that dialogue that ‘Mogambo Khush hua’ on the rumors of me becoming the CM candidate.”

Azam Khan also said that the muslims have been suffering in the recent past in the state and he wants to well for them. He added that he is connected with relations and not with individuals now.

He also said: “I am happy in my own world and I have got respect from the people”.
