Another popular actress Roop added that “Stairs are superb exercising device so, avoiding lifts and walking up and down the stairs is a good way to stay fit. Yoga can also be performed in any airy spot in your house”.
Same is the thoughts of one more actress Mahika Sharma who says “A morning or evening walk is on most people’s regular workout schedule. However, the morning or evening showers might be an issue so indoor exercises are best to beat the rain or even doing yoga”.
