UP government approves Rs 1.42 crore for judges’ vehicles

Lucknow: According to the information given by the official, the Uttar Pradesh government has approved Rupees 1.42 crore for buying vehicles for the judiciary.




The Akhilesh Yadav government permitted Rs 1,42,96,480 crore for purchasing SUVs for chief judicial magistrates, chief metropolitan magistrates and special judicial magistrates in 22 districts.

As per the details given by the Principal Secretary (Justice) Rangnath Pandey, the vehicles that will be purchased are for Agra, Allahabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mathura, Meerut and Unnao besides another 13 districts.
