Mumbai: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is undoubtedly one of the fittest stars in the industry and he’s just getting better each day. Khiladi Kumar follows a disciplined lifestyle and the results are for all to see and not only this he also has been a black belt in Taekwondo and has mastered martial arts in Thailand.




While talking to the media when asked about the secret of his fitness, Akshay went on to say that: “I eat what you eat, but the difference is that my last meal is at 6.30pm. Otherwise, I eat everything including rice, curds and sweets. I even have gulab jamuns and paan. I also work out for a little over an hour every day. But the most important part is, you should finish your last meal at 6.30 pm. Then I don’t think you’ll have any problem, especially diabetes and heart attack, which are the major problems in our country.”
