Dehradun: Deposed Chief Minister Harish Rawat today said that he has complete faith in judiciary and will accept the apex court’s decision post Supreme Court’s quo in President’s Rule in Uttarakhand.
“I have total faith in the judiciary. We will embrace whatever the apex court finally rules in case of Uttarakhand,” said Rawat.
Adding more flavor to Rawat’s words, senior party leader and former minister Indira Hridayesh said that her party respect the judgement of courts.
“We respect the judgement of courts. We believe in guarding the Constitution,” she said.
On the other hand BJP was also very much convinced on this view point and said that they have faith in the Supreme Court.
“We have faith in the Supreme Court and whatever final verdict it gives will be acceptable to us,” said BJP’s state president Ajay Bhatt.
After hearing the Centre’s appeal against the Uttarakhand High court decision, Supreme Court today extended its stay on the quashing of the President’s rule.
