We will approach EC over Modi’s remarks: K.C Mittal

New Delhi: The Head of the Congress’s legal cell, K.C. Mittal was outraged over Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s controversial remark of ‘cremation ground and graveyard’ and ‘provide electricity for Eid and also for Holi’ during a recent rally. Congress stated that it will move towards Election Commission over Modi’s remark.




While talking to the media, K.C. Mittal went on to say that: “We will approach the Election Commission today (Monday) over his controversial remarks.”




Modi whilst addressing the people during a recent rally PM here on Sunday stated that the Uttar Pradesh government was playing politics of discrimination while his moves are advantageous to everyone irrespective of their caste, creed and religion.




Prime Minister Narendra Modi at an election rally in Fatehpur and went on to say that: “If a village receives funds for a graveyard, then it should also get for cremation ground… If you provide uninterrupted power supply for Eid, then you should also do it for Holi.”
